  • No Mortgage Insurance to 90%  
  • Up to $1.5 million
  • $1,500,000 loan amount available to 60% LTV
  • $1,200,000 loan amount available to 70% LTV
  •  $900,000 loan amount available to 80% LTV/CLTV
  •  $800,000 loan amount available to 90% LTV/CLTV
  •  90% LTV available with no private mortgage insurance
  •  Adjustable and fixed rates available
  •  Refinance and purchase transactions available
  •  Financing available for properties one day off MLS
  •  Full documentation only & Good Scores required
  •  Owner occupied properties
