Mr. Failla started as a Real Estate Salesman back in 1984.

In just 3 years he became a Real Estate Broker because of his number of sales and knowlege of the business and finance.

In 1988, he also became a Mortgage Broker and formed Failla Funding to assist in the funding of the companies Real Estate Sales.

He formed Failla Funding also to be able to forefill his need to grow in the Financial Industry as well as the Real Estate Industry.

Since 1988, his company has grown into three seperate entities and can provide almost every type of Real Estate service needed by his customer base.
